Who is the author? Well, that's me, Michael. I've joined the Ramblers around April 2000, after I moved to Tucson to work at the Sub-Millimeter Telescope Observatory on Mt. Graham, which is operated by the University of Arizona.

After my project at the SMTO was finished, I moved back to Germany in summer 2002. Currently I'm living and hiking in South America, where you can reach me by email using the feedback form below. If you're living in the Tucson area, you have a good chance to meet other hikers from the Ramblers Hiking Club at the Ramblers meeting every Wednesday at 5:00 pm.
